Fitness Programs

Shape Your Life offers personal training at The Core, at your home and on the road using strength training and conditioning techniques that you can practice on your own with or without equipment.  All programs are packaged-based and range from 1-4 months, training 1-3 times per week.  My promise is to deliver integrated and balanced support for all your fitness and health needs.  I will motivate you by applying and adapting workout techniques based on your individual fitness level, medical history, needs and goals.  Your goals will become my goals and we will reach them together!

Based upon your needs, your individualized program will include some or all of the following:

My training programs at The Core deliver a balanced fitness regimen that focuses on strength and endurance, flexibility and postural improvements.  You will also learn how to use your time wisely between personal training sessions to continue getting leaner and stronger.  In addition, you also receive a membership discount to The Core for the duration of your training.  

In-Home Personal Training

Believe it or not, you can get the same outstanding results in the comfort and privacy of your own home!  I incorporate proven in-home fitness exercises using free weights, resistive tubing and bands, a portable barbell, ankle weights, stability ball, a step and a mat.  An effective program can also be designed with no equipment at all.  This program can be beneficial for new mothers or those that prefer not to take extra time to travel to and from the gym.

Pre and Post Natal Fitness Training for Mothers

If you are pregnant, plan to become pregnant or postpartum, it is very important to remain physically fit.  These training programs are created based upon the guidelines suggested by the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, along with the advice of your gynecologist.  Using their guidelines, I am able to develop well-rounded programs for all pre and post stages of pregnancy.  This will allow you to safely and effectively train your body at a pace it can handle.

Wedding Shape Up

Getting married or attending a wedding that's coming up soon?  If so, I offer an 8-week program dedicated to hitting all the wedding hot spots, as well as guidance on nutrition.  This intensive program is great for those with time-sensitive goals.
